How it works

1. You recommend a co-founder through a special referral form.
2. We conduct a screening and validate the candidate within 14 days. If the project aligns with our focus, we arrange a meeting.
3. You receive $5,000 after signing the Term Sheet, and another $5,000 after 4 months of collaboration. </aside>

Terms

We’ll consider your referral if:

1. The referred candidate hasn’t been in contact with CLUST or any venture builder portfolio companies within the past 12 months.
2. You personally know the candidate and can make an introduction.
3. If multiple people recommend the same candidate, the reward goes to the person who made the first intro.
4. Candidates from Russia or Belarus are not eligible. </aside>

A candidate is considered successful when:

1. They have a relevant background and interest in working with the venture builder.
2. They match CLUST’s focus areas.
3. They’ve signed a Term Sheet with CLUST and started working on launching a business (you receive $5,000).
4. They successfully complete a 4-month trial period (you receive another $5,000). </aside>
